Who We Are
For 12 years, Grant and Summer Stelter, owners of LimeLite Restoration, have been dedicated to helping Vermonters restore their homes and businesses. Their journey began with one of the nation’s largest disaster relief franchise systems, where they gained valuable experience and honed their skills working on major recovery efforts, including Tropical Storm Irene and Hurricane Sandy.
Through these experiences, they identified shortcomings in the franchise model, especially its focus on volume over quality, and envisioned a better way to serve their community.
Born and raised in Vermont, Grant and Summer dreamed of building a family-run business rooted in personalized service, care, and expertise. In 2013, that dream became a reality with the founding of LimeLite Restoration.
Today, LimeLite proudly stands behind every service they provide, offering a level of quality and accountability that sets them apart from larger companies.
