About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping people recover after unexpected damage to their homes or businesses.

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be part of a supportive team that repairs and restores properties affected by water, fire, or mold. Every day is different, you’ll use tools, follow safety procedures, and help bring comfort and stability back to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with cleanup, repair, and restoration after water, fire, or mold damage.
Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies to protect yourself and others.
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients.
Document your work using simple forms or apps (training provided).
Support a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

No prior experience required, training provided!
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in different environments (indoors, outdoors, sometimes in dirty, dusty, and damp conditions)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys building, repairing, and creating spaces that make a difference. This role is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish.

You’ll manage and participate in custom rebuild projects, ensuring that every detail reflects quality, care, and precision. You’ll also guide a small team on site, communicate with clients and coworkers, and help turn ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in custom rebuilds, including framing, finish work, and structural repairs.
Read and interpret architectural and technical plans.
Supervise and support team members to maintain high standards and meet project timelines.
Communicate clearly with clients, designers, and project managers.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of carpentry experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to read and follow plans.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
